Are you determined and inspiring, with a background in Service Training? Then this could be your next challenge! As Regional Service Training Lead, you will be responsible for supporting Service and Technical Training Programmes in the African Region.
Your mission
Your goal in this position is to ensure that Epiroc employees boost their knowledge and skills to achieve the best possible performance, both in terms of productivity and economy and transferring knowledge and skill internally.
To achieve this, you will work in close collaboration with managers in the region to drive and stimulate activities that increase the performance of training. Priority in this role will be to increase the completion rate of the Technical Certification Program within the region, as well as making sure that correct competence and structure are in place for the strong development within electrification and automation.
In this position you report to the Global Service Training Manager and will be part of the Global Service Training Team.
Your profile
We think you have a background in mining with comprehensive technical knowledge related to Technical Service, as well as previous experience working in a leading position.
You have at least 3 years' experience within a maintenance and service organization, along with skills and experience in mining equipment. In addition, you have a good understanding of preventive and planned maintenance and experience in facilitation and coaching of employees with regards to equipment settings & best practices.
You are a creative person, with ability to apply an analytical mindset and strategically drive initiatives forward. You enjoy building relationships, have effective communication and follow-up skills and a talent for motivating and inspiring people to make things happen.
You must have good English skills, verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are advantageous.

Location and travel
This position can be based in any Epiroc office in Europe or Africa. Traveling will be required.
