Your mission

As the Regional Business Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for developing the regional business and driving organic growth. Your focus will be on strengthening customer relationships, expanding our market presence, and supporting our Customer Centers (CCs) in reaching their growth ambitions.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Vice President Tophammer Solutions, with a dotted line to the Vice President DTH, Rotary, and Raiseboring. You will lead commercial excellence in the region, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution, and promoting our digital and sustainable offerings to become our customers' preferred partner.

This role provides an opportunity to lead through collaboration and influence across teams, without formal line management responsibilities.



Key responsibilities:

Drive growth by developing and executing a regional commercial strategy aligned with divisional goals.

Collaborate closely with Customer Centers to strengthen customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure effective go-to-market models.

Lead key commercial initiatives and coordinate must-win deals, securing smooth product launches and successful market introductions.

Advance digitalization and e-commerce, working together with cross-functional teams to grow our online channels and digital customer experience.

Ensure operational excellence through collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing, optimizing delivery, inventory, and brand visibility.

Promote Safety First and act as a role model for Epiroc's values - Commitment, Collaboration, and Innovation.

Foster engagement and inclusion, building a culture of trust, continuous learning, and shared success across the region.

Location and travel

This position is based in Sweden, with Fagersta being a strong merit due to its proximity to our production facilities.

The role includes approximately 100 travel days per year within the European region.
