About the job
You will work as Regional Business Manager (RBM) within the HSS Mineral Oil team and will be one of the corner stones within the global marine organization.
Main product is High-Speed Separators (HSS) for cleaning of fuels and lubricants onboard ships. Our customers are shipowners and shipyards. You will support sales companies in their daily business with focus on new build projects. Key responsibilities for the position include:
* Develop and grow HSS sales within your defined area
* Give commercial support in quotation processes
* Follow-up and report business KPIs and actions
* Support sales with sales company visits, customer meetings and seminars
* Drive value selling and marketing in close cooperation with Global Application Managers, Communications and R&D
* Collect market knowledge and influence product innovation
The position is based in Tumba, Sweden or Shanghai, China and moderate travelling (50-70 days/year) is required.
Who are you?
You have a university degree in Engineering and sales experience, preferably from the Marine business. You are target-oriented and work proactively to get results. You have a positive mindset, and you can both establish and maintain strong relationships. You are a good team player and you have excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing. Fluency in English is required.
