The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Regional Activation Marketer for Commercial Solutions Division for 3M North Europe (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Driving demand generation through Area and Local marketing campaigns' activation, targeting end-users and channel partners
* Working collaboratively with local and regional teams to provide insights on competition, customers and market trends
* Supporting the channel development through ecommerce deployment, content syndication and joint sales growth programs
* Delivering marketing and communication materials, New Product Commercialization and programs to ensure successful execution of growth programs
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or related Business fields
* Moderate experience in a marketing role within B2B/Industrial companies, preferably working on graphics, architectural or facility management sector
* Demonstrable evidence of strategic and tactical thinking and planning
* Ability to build strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Experience in marketing plan execution and delivery
* Proficiency in English and Swedish Essential
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Strong knowledge of digital tools (i.e.: social media, web communication, ecommerce)
* Analytical skills to take high Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) decisions
Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/ 10% international
Role Location: UK or Sweden
