About the job
In this position, you act as a main point of contact for our customer recycling program and other recycling initiatives, and you coordinate internal and external communication related to recycling with EHS, Sales and Communication functions. In order to fully optimize our company's recycle program, you identify, develop and evaluate the recycling area. You manage, follow-up and report recycled volumes and support to control secondary raw-material prices and stock. Additionally, you identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations - providing a yearly update. You also act as an ambassador for recycling in fares and help support sales efforts in customer contact for developing this area.
The location for this position is preferably flexible within Europe and travel is included in the job.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies - either you worked for a few years, or you might come directly from school. However, it's important that you have experience within circularity and that you have a holistic view and an open mind to always see the bigger picture and the best solutions. You have experience in project management and are eager to learn more and develop within the field - always with the ambition to do the job and work your way up. As we act on a global stage, you have fluent skills in both written and verbal English, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
This position also calls for a positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve your goals. You enjoy sharing knowledge and use your communication skills to build networks and involve stakeholders - setting stable relationships on all levels of the organization. In addition, you're a humble and transparent team player with a true desire to collaborate, grow and help others do the same.
