What about the job?
In this position, you play a critical role in the Executive Recruitment Talent Acquisition team, supporting all interview scheduling, travel coordination, determine position requirements, and handling administration on behalf of the team and our internal clients globally. You support in and to our Global HR forums, coordinating the executive recruitment process with Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning. You interact with various stakeholder groups across multiple geographies - all while being in a fast-paced environment where availability, customer-centricity, and proactiveness are essential in order to succeed.
Further responsibilities include:
Coordinating all elements of end-to-end candidate assessment
Managing processes and reporting in the HRIS system (Workday)
Participating with the HR/Recruiting team on various company projects
Corresponding with candidates throughout the recruitment and interviewing process
Supporting with other administrative activities such as reporting, printing documentation, and candidate correspondence
You're preferably based in one of our offices at World Trade Center in Stockholm, or at Sandbacka Park in Sandviken. However, any of our European offices can also work.
And what about you?
We need someone with business interest, great service skills, a customer-centric approach as well as the ability and eagerness to constantly develop. Your career includes similar administrative or service roles, and previous experience from HR, recruitment and senior management interactions are a big plus. You're a master of structure, and you're driven by a passion to grow within the field of talent acquisition. As we become more digital, you comfortably explore new office tech solutions, and you bring great skills in Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams. We also value a broad knowledge of Workday, our HR system.
You're used to a global environment and interacting with people from different countries and cultures, and you communicate fluently in English, both in written and verbal form. This job also calls for flexibility as you work across different time zones.
With organized and straightforward ways of working - and not to forget a doer's mentality - you're always two steps ahead, spot what needs to be done and then you act! Although you independently know how to prioritize and solve problems on the go, you're a true collaborator with a gift for networking and communicating. Naturally, you're thorough, unassuming, and resourceful, and you give an agile service. Accompanying all of this is your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while also being equipped with a customer-centric and quality-driven point-of-view.
