• Manage the reception and greet visitors in a professional manner ensuring the highest degree of customer service at all
times
• Manage the switchboard, receiving and transfer incoming calls
• Distribute company mail and coordinate deliveries and shipments
• Various facility management duties
• Act as the primary point of contact for our IT office, set up hardware for new staff, video conference support etc.
• Support meeting arrangements
• Support customer accounting department with invoicing on a monthly basis
• Liaise with contractors, electricians, landlord, cleaners etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, writing and speaking
• Good knowledge of using different IT-systems and setting up IT equipment
• Self-motivation
• Ability to cope under pressure
• High school diploma
• 1-2 year of similar work experiences
• Experience in MS Outlook and experience in MS Excel is a plus
Euler Hermes is a world-wide Creditinsurance company and the Swedish branch is now looking for a receptionist to our office in central Stockholm. This position has a range of work duties including reception work, maintaining facilities and administration as well as general office tasks and basic IT support. The position is fulltime, starting September 26.
