hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Bm Pool AB i Ospecificerad arbetsort Currently we looking for radio planning and optimization engineers. One junior and one senior engineer. We will provide training and guide you especially within new technologies such as LTE.

___Knowledge of Radio network planning and optimization activities are required as below:
• Calibration, utilization, and data post processing of drive-test hardware and software products
• Understanding of RF channel environment such as fading and knowledge of prediction model tuning.
• Excellent knowledge of GSM, WCDMA and HSPA system topology and air interface parameters and system features.
• Analyze network performance and good understanding of KPI.
• Perform link budget, interference analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis.
___Qualifications:
• An engineering degree within the field of Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecom or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience within radio planning and optimization.
• Good knowledge of at least two of the vendors: Huawei, NSN or Ericsson.
• Fluency in English: Other North European languages are of advantage.
The salary is in the level of local salaries.
You might be able to work part time fom your home where ever in Europe.
This is a flexible position & we require a flexible person.
