The Project Leader will:
• Be responsible for leading and supporting Powertrain projects; customer projects as well as internal projects.
• Be responsible for cost, time, and quality in the projects.
• Act as Aurobay's interface to the customer in the project execution phase.
• Support the Sales team in aligning project content and resource requirements in the sales phase.
• Work in close cooperation with many functions, such as Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, and other project leaders.
• Plan and follow up results of projects and present at Project Gates and in other relevant forums.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
• MSc in Science, or other relevant combination of education and experience.
• Formal Project Leader Trainings.
• Experience from Powertrain project leading in supplier/consulting companies.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge within complete engine system.
• Absolute fluency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is meritorious
Personality
• Organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication skills within, but not limited to engineering.
