hela Sverige In order to support competitive and profitable business growth Trioplast are looking for a Quality & Regulatory Manager to the Hygiene Film Division. The role is based in Landskrona and reports to the Divisional President for the Hygiene Film Division.
Job description
The Quality & Regulatory Manager will define divisional quality and regulatory strategies and develop systems, processes and procedures with operations in Sweden and in France. You will be a quality ambassador and develop our mindset in terms of Quality and Regulatory. You will play a key role to secure successful product development, commercialization and lifecycle management as well as contribute to the sustainability of the business. The role will be responsible for the quality department that includes 8 people and one direct report. The work will be done in close cooperation with the organization and the role will be part of the management team for the division.
Requirements / Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strategist with hands-on capability to contribute in the day-to-day quality and regulatory operations to support the organization. You are a self-driven person with a strong inner motivation and energy. You need to have clear leadership, communication and influencing skills. The right candidate has several years of experience within the area of Quality and good knowledge of regulatory work preferably from the food or life science industry.
