We are now growing and expanding with a Quality Manager responsible for our Quality Management team and are looking for you who want to help us raise the bar and ecxellarate our internal ability!
Your role
You will lead and develop our Quality Management Team and be a member of Operations within Business Area SAAB Kockums, reporting to the Head of Operations Office and BA SAAB Kockums Quality Director. The role is focused on Quality Assurance, governing the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance to applicable standards while supporting all areas of the organization in developing effective processes as well as supporting our customer projects with expertise within the area of Quality. We aim for improved product quality and to be a service-minded and accessible function within the company.
The role offers a broad span of contacts within the company as well as with customers and hold a variety of duties and responsibilities which makes the daily work interesting and diverse. Main tasks for you and your team are to:
* Govern and improve the management system
* Support our customer projects with Quality Standards, Quality Plans, Quality Assurance and Quality Control
* Support BA Kockums Quality Improvement plans
* Coordinate and support external and internal audits
* Manage audit findings
* Develop and maintain routines in order to ensure compliance
* Perform and assist others in root cause analysis
* Identify improvement needs and support the organization in improvement work
* Administrate and support effective information management and document control
* Contribute to collaboration and spreading of best practice throughout the business area
Placement for this position is Malmö or Karlskrona. The role include frequent business travels between these sites and business trips to other locations within Saab may also occur.
Your profile

Required skills:
* A number of years of Experience of Quality methodologies, Quality assurance and Audit management
* Successful experience of personnel responsibility and leading and driving successful teams
* M.Sc. or other relevant university degree or equivalent experience in the quality field
* Knowledge regarding standards ISO9001
* Experience of working with highly complex products (mechanics, electronics, software, and systems)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Desired skills:
* Knowledge regarding quality standards ISO 31000, -27001, -14001, -45001 -15288 -3834 and AQAP2110, -2105.
* CQM, Certified Quality Manager
* Experience from the marine sector
* Driving license B
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
