hela Sverige Schneider Electric Distribution Center (RDC) in Örebro is systematically working to strengthen the development of warehouse and logistics processes. The distribution center currently employs about 150 employees by warehouse, workshop and support functions.
We are looking for a Quality Manager with location in Örebro.
The role of Quality Manager is to be responsible, drive and further develop RDC's quality work and internal operating systems, as well as implement and ensure compliance in accordance with policy and ISO. You will create a quality awareness among all employees and serve as a support function in quality issues. It includes proclaiming, developing and supporting process owners in quality issues.
The role includes managing and running quality work as well as analyzing results and ensuring that action plans are established in collaboration with other parts of the organization. You are the management representative within ISO 9001 and lead the company's work within the standard. As Quality Manager, you are leading the quality work within the Schneider Production System (SPS). Audits will ensure that work and quality instructions are complied with in the business.
The Quality Manager is a member of the management team and has three direct reports.
Your background
We are looking for an engineer with a focus on quality and the environment, as well as 3-5 years of experience from similar roles as described above. You should have good knowledge of the SAP and Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel. Because we are an international company with many contacts over nation boarders, to speak and write in good English is a requirement and it is preferable if you speak Swedish or are willing to learn.
As a person, you are self-sufficient, structured and have a mind for details and follow-up. You enjoy working in a changing environment, easy to create networks and to communicate. You find creative solutions, are used to a high pace and are structured despite many ongoing projects simultaneously.
