What we expect from you
As a quality engineer you will be part of our Supply organization and work in a team responsible for the overall quality work. You are expected to cooperate with many different internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers. This role has mainly it 's focus on our production site in Markaryd but you will also support our unit in Shanghai, China. Travelling, both national and international, will eventually be expected in this role. We are certified according to ISO 9001.
Your main tasks will be to
• Take part in, develop and follow up operative and systematic quality work to reduce disturbances in the internal processes.
• Handle deviations and claims, internal and vendor
• Be a coordinating function in the production regarding production stop
• Participate and / or project lead in work with continuous improvements

What should you bring
We are looking for someone with the capability to work systematically with our quality systems, independent and who is able to prioritize the daily work given the needs from customers.
It is a requirement that you have experience from quality work, lean and preferably a technical background.
To be successful in this role we believe you need to possess strong communication skills and be able to interact in a rational way with all stakeholders.
Knowledge in measurement technology, technical data and mechanical drawings are highly preferred.
We are about to implement SAP, previous experience of working with SAP is of course an advantage.
