We are involved in vehicle projects, advanced engineering research and maintenance phase within the Volvo Group Trucks area.

Tasks and Responsibilities as Quality Coordinator
The work as a Quality coordinator is to represent chassis department in Gothenburg. Your main responsibility is to be the department's product quality representative and to be a driving force within the department to ensure appropriate focus on product quality. Your main work tools are Microsoft office and Volvo documentation systems.

Who are you?
To be comfortable and successful in the role, you will need a passion for quality and a close understanding of the target group, i.e. the customer. As a key person in the department, you will need to be very communicative. You will be prepared to, in a positive way, challenge other parts of the department. You are also skilled in bringing people with you where communication, fact and energy are decisive.
As the rest of our team you should have an open positive attitude, be target oriented, agile and accountable together with good ability to work with people at different levels since the network is broad within the company. You shall have a general technical interest and be curious, be able to take own initiatives, committed to finalize the tasks and have a strong drive for improvements. We also believe you enjoy performing a wide range of tasks, respond to changes in direction and priorities and accept new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
You are an engineer with preferably experience of managing projects
English proficiency
Experience of achieving customer satisfaction by product quality
Advantages
Knowledge of Volvo systems and working methods such as; Protus, KOLA, Argus, FMEA, etc.
Experience of Vehicle Dynamics and Chassis components
