We currently have the following job opening;
Quality Campaign Manager (QCM)
The Quality Campaign Manager role ensures that critical concerns that may have an influence on safety, non-compliance, emission or severe customer satisfaction, are decided based on accurate information and communicated to the concerned National Sales Companies/Importers by releasing decided campaigns in the most efficient way. The QCM manages the preparations of campaigns such as: Recalls (QBR), Quality Bulletin Delivery stop actions (QBD) Field Service Actions (QBS/QBA) and extended warranty policies (QBP) According to Critical Concern Action Process (CCAP)
Daily job also includes to support sales companies/importers concerning campaign related matters. Continuously monitor campaign cost and performance situation and also initiate corrective actions if necessary.
Running this type of projects means numerous contacts with persons and departments in China and Sweden on all different levels in the company. Occasional travels can occur.
The main market where the cars are sold is China (EU and US is planned within the near future). The vehicle production plants are located in China.
Responsibilities and tasks
- The QCM appoints and manage a cross-functional preparation team to gather and prepare necessary data for a campaign proposal. and take into consideration the customer satisfaction, retailer service ability and corporate cost impact as well as legal requirements, to provide correct basis for decision.
- The QCM follows up regarding cost and performance of a released campaign on an overall level.
- Report preparation progress and upon completion present a customer oriented and cost efficient campaign proposal for decision.
- Issue campaign information to sales companies/importers in accordance with taken decision.
- Perform claim type marking, regarding retailer reimbursement of concerned cars in the warranty system.
- Notify concerned authorities about campaigns by submitting reports.
Requirements
- Automotive experience achieved by working in this kind of environment
- Experience by working in campaign preparation
- Sc. or several years of relevant experience
- Experience from an international and multi-language environment is meritorious.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written. Chinese is meritorious.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and developing organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Able to travel when needed to support operations in China
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
