Your Responsibilities:
• Perform systematic testing on software developed by QlikTech in close collaboration with the R&D programmers
• Software quality assurance is performed by automated testing and predefined protocols but also by free use of the program
• Evaluate, replicate and manage bugs to resolution
• Assist the support department when they have advanced support questions
• Produce technical documentation
• Training both internally and externally
• Occasional travelling may be required
Your Profile:
• Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills
• Ability to tailor technical information to different audiences
• Strong computer knowledge (Windows)
• Knowledge of data bases and basic programming
• Windows environments is preferred as well as experience from administrating 2003 and/or 2008 servers, Windows security, Active Directory, Exchange Server and networks (TCP/ IP)
• Bachelor degree level or equivalent experience from software testing
• Preferably a couple of years experience from software testing
• Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
The position is based in Lund. Office hours 8-17. We would like to see this position filled as soon as possible.
