Quality Assurance Specialist
What you'll do:
Manager of the Quality System / process compliance
Maintain the Global QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 2015 requirements.
Facilitate the handling and escalation of Quality Issues - participate in CAPA completion when required
Manage the Global Improvement Log and close out all issues satisfactorily.
Manage the CAPA log for Global offices and supervise all actions
Plan and undertake internal audits and follow up with any actions with the relevant teams
Responsible for the accuracy of the documentation system.
Ensure that the quality training required within each department, as determined by department managers, is carried out and recorded
Responsible for the customer support for every topic related to QA
Host customer audits and Regulatory inspections/ISO audits.
Monitor, track and resolve non-conformances including complaints from the customer.
Track and oversee all commitments for actions or changes made by YSDS from previous customer audits.
Participate actively in improving our customer experience / Suggest proactively every improvement that could enhance customer satisfaction
Act as a strong business partner for the group management
Collate quality KPIs for Monthly Management and Business Review Meetings
Participate actively to the Management meetings / reviews
Develop a robust QMS system in line with the customers requirement
Complete quality questionnaires for RFQ, pre-audits, other customers potential requirements and quality technical agreements.
Be a proactive contributor in the QA team
Develop and continually improve the awareness of YSDS staff in the requirements of GDP and best practice for applying GDP to YSDS activities.
Determine system improvements and implement change in line with the Quality Team
Participate to internal training programs

Technical Agreement
Documentation system complete and accurate
Implementation, Certification, and Delivery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and retain GDP across the whole group

Qualifications and Knowledge
Working knowledge in business processes and potential impacts of trade and regulatory issues.
Good working knowledge and experience using Lean and 6-sigma tools.
ISO9001, ISO14001, GDP experience of implementation, certification, and management across multiple operations sites
5+ years industry experience as a Quality professional Ideally experienced in the pharmaceutical, medical device or other regulated field (mainly GDP, ISO9001, ISO14001)
Prior experience in managing Cold Chain, Pharma, Life Science, Dangerous Goods, Industrial transportation, with good understanding in cold chain or DGSA logistics requirements
Excellent computer skills & knowledge of MS office 365
