SCA Hygiene Business continues to develop the work with Total Quality Management. Our ambition is to delight customer and consumers - and one key is to drive efficiency and quality in our global processes.
We now strengthen our organization and look for an outgoing and engaged Quality Assurance Manager within the area of Management Systems and Certifications.
Your main task will be to drive the development and maintenance of SCA Global Management System. You will lead internal audit teams and interact with the Notified Bodies in external audits. Process Owners and Leaders across Hygiene Business are further examples of a wide range of global interfaces in the role.
The position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main Tasks
Drive development and maintenance of SCA Global Management system
Develop the platform as well as the content to enhance effectiveness of processes within Hygiene Business
Coach and support process owners and leaders
Drive the process for measuring and tracking efficiency for key processes.
Ensure that documents are relevant, updated and deployed
Drive central certification and audit processes for quality related certifications ISO 9001, 13485, IFS, BRC
Support plants in their audits related to central functions
Drive Internal audits
Drive the actions needed to comply with quality certifications
You will report to Global Quality Director, Management Systems and Certifications.
Key Competencies
MSc or University Degree
3-5 years of experience from product development and/or manufacturing
Experience from standards and audits - for example ISO9001, ISO13485, IFS, BRC
Knowledge about process management and performance indicators
Creates clarity in complex structures
Is structured and disciplined
Builds, and leverage from, networks
Has ability to coach, teach and lead teams and individuals
Is committed and engaged. Has and gives energy
Has a can-do attitude. Shows perseverance
Excellent in written and verbal communication
Fluent in English and Swedish
