As a Quality specialist you will be a vital part of the company to enable us to operate in an efficient way and drive customer value by minimizing defects and being a learning organization.

Your responsibilities
Drive quality culture throughout the organization
Improve and implement quality support processes in the organization
Support & drive improvement & implementation of quality assurance and quality control activities
Support & drive the handling non-conformities
Analyse performance data and drive actions
Drive quality issues/improvement projects using L6S methodology
Collaborate with different stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive, flexible, and pro-active mindset, take responsibility, and enjoy working in teams
You have solid communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels
You have knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO-standards, Process Management, Lean, Six-Sigma and Continuous Improvements
You have an Engineering degree, preferably within quality management or similar knowledge
English is a must, both written and spoken. Swedish and other additional language skills are a plus
