Jobdescription
Our verification activities will use the latest test techniques and processes to ensure the quality of our product and will secure a successful market introduction. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the development of 4G system and to build up knowledge at the front edge of mobile broadband technology. You have the opportunity to work with colleges from all over the world, due to LTE organization spreads in several sites over 3 continents.
Verification means to define the quality of new system developed for our 4G system, before delivery to customer. We contribute to securing optimal quality deliveries in order to get satisfied customers world wide. We make a difference. We contribute to successful roll-outs of 4G globally.
As a verification engineer you need to design, set-up and handle the test environment (real, over-the-air and simulated). Your daily work will involve test analysis, preparing test scenarios, writing test cases, performing tests, automation of test cases in Java, evaluating test results and troubleshooting faults
You will be working in close cooperation with other functional areas; system management and design, in an efficient R&D chain. Working as a verifier will also give you an opportunity to work together with our customers in their live network during market introduction of our new products
Qualifications
You must have a Bachelor of Science or a Master of Science, or equivalent academic qualifications. You should also have;
• TCP/IP and IP in overall
• verification experience
• programming competence in Java
• experience of and/or interest in agile methodology
• very good team working competence / very good team skills
• English conversation and writing
• high degree of curiosity mind
• having the drive to make 4G a success
• communication skills
