hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Accedo Broadband AB i Stockholm Accedo is looking for QA Engineers with a strong software test automation or development background to join our Products QA team in Stockholm, Sweden.
As a QA Engineer at Accedo you will play an important role in guaranteeing quality for the Accedo products as well as projects. You will work with the development teams to identify problems early in the process, and handle back- end web services. Some of the responsibilities:
• Delivering and driving automation and test strategies within the product
• Delivering comprehensive yet easy-to-understand test results to the development team
• Focus on optimisation and scalability including developing a strategy for automation and testing processes, tools and methodologies
• Driving innovation and manage testing development needs within a fast paced, agile environment
• Executing test cases/scripts, including integration, regression, and performance testing
• Delivering feedback and improving development team's ways of working with test methodologies
This role requires a good understanding of QA methodology. As test automation engineer, you should be able to help out designing, building, testing, and deploying effective test automation solutions. It requires some development skill such as Python, Java, shell scripting, Groovy and java scripting. Furthermore, as an integrated part of the development organization, knowledge in SCRUM/Kanban and/or other modern development methodologies is considered a plus.
The ideal candidate has experience in software testing and solid background in software development. 5+ years of QA experience, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, integration-, regression-, performance-, UI-, micro-service-, browser compatibility testing and managing defect reporting.
• You should be skilled in DB technologies including and confident in creating queries to validate data integrity and other data constraints.
• Knowledge in Linux/Unix operating systems is mandatory.
• Good English skills are required, with additional languages being an extra plus.
• Experience in TV & Video technologies and knowledge in other programming languages / operating systems is an extra bonus but not mandatory.
