What you would do as QA Automation Engineer
We believe you are a skilled senior QA Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. You love being part of a team delivering high quality software and you do this by sharing our belief in the agile values, being motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and being eager to learn.
Continuous integration, design discussions, refactoring and pair programming are natural parts of your work. Development tasks can include anything from writing tests in Python, test automation to help improve the infrastructure. You will mainly work in a micro service architecture with Docker and Amazon Web Services, but might also involve firmware and hardware.
We work in a global environment and therefore you need to be proficient in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is not a must but beneficial.
The skills and experience you need
You feel confident with most of the following technologies and methodologies:
• End-to-End testing, integration testing and automation, for products combining software, firmware and hardware.
• Bash shell scripting, Pytest, Python/Java or similar high level languages
• Micro services architecture
• REST web services
• Maven, Git, IntelliJ IDEA or similar
• TeamCity, Jenkins or similar
• General database knowledge
• Agile and DevOps methodologies and culture
• Experience with mobile app testing is a big plus
• Amazon Web Services or similar is a big plus
• You probably have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area
