We are responsible for the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to divestment. We optimize the use and value of the Volvo Group's facilities, owned and leased. We act as a center of expertise, generating economies of skill and scale in the real estate area. We are approximately 350 employees supporting Volvo Group in 60 countries worldwide. Our property footprint consists of some 1000 sites, both leased and owned. We manage all types of properties: dealers, workshops, offices, warehouses, production facilities and more.
In Gothenburg, Volvo Group Real Estate is leading the Campus Lundby program, creating a unique center for development of transport solutions. Campus Lundby will be characterized by openness and room for internal as well as external partnerships, and thereby take an active part in the development of the City of Gothenburg.

Real Estate Center of Expertise is the global function within Real Estate Services responsible for processes and governance, strategy, VPS and Volvo Group Future Workplace etc.
Property Portfolio Planning and Space (a part of Real Estate Center of Expertise ) drives property planning and space efficiency to enable the Volvo Group to be the most desirable and successful transport solution provider in the Volvo Group.
We are now looking for a Property Portfolio Specialist to join a group of curious, committed and customer focused individuals who believe that the key to success is working together towards clear targets, exchanging ideas, trusting each other and having fun.
Apart from having competent, inspiring and challenging colleagues you will drive and coordinate the analysis of the Volvo Group Real Estate portfolio, both from a financial and operational perspective. The reports prepared by you will provide management with the insight needed to make the right decisions and launch appropriate actions.
You will also drive and participate in operational development and process projects. All of this work is of course done in close collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues and decision makers across the Real Estate Services organization and the Volvo Group.
The position reports to the Director Property Portfolio Planning and Space.

If we are going to talk about background anyway, we believe you have a similar background to the following:
Knowledge of or a good understanding for the real estate industry
Project leader and (business) management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
University degree in business administration or similar
Fluent in written and spoken English
