Would you like to be the key person in our global engineering team, with a special focus on technical project management across our factories? With a working base at Flugger Sweden in Bollebygd, we are looking for a Project manager to manage multiple workstreams each focusing on a specific area (Production equipment, Logistics, warehousing, etc). The workstreams will be interdependent and will require a strong focus on coordination and planning across all workstreams to maintain the critical path.

As Project Manager, you will have key role in the tech team. You will be responsible for providing project planning and management of the project portfolio within the technical team. You will ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Your responsibilities include the coordination, monitor, and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for Steering Groups and / or upper management regarding status of projects.
The successful candidate will build and maintain an integrated plan, identify dependencies, and drive the critical path. This involves change management, excellent communication skills holding workstream leads to account, and ensuring that there are clear supporting activities in play (e.g., change & comms approaches). The candidate is expected to manage internal and external stakeholders, requirements, and acting as the single voice into the management - enabling the project team to focus on delivery.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Conduct Steering committee meetings.
Qualifications
The position requires minimum a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in the field of project management or in a related area. The candidate must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks and lead, and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The project manager represents the department by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
