Do you want to run development projects at DeLaval? DeLaval is now looking for a Project Manager within R&D. As a project manager in our Project Office you run projects from requirements to launch of products. You will run different milking equipment projects through all steps, from new development to production, with agile methods. Our products consists of mechanics, electronics, embedded SW and SW. You work in close contact with product owners, users (farmers), developers and other involved parties. You are responsible for budget and follow ups on time and results. International contacts and travels are a part of the job. As a Project Manager in our team, you will be a key player in development of future milking equipment, and gives an excellent opportunity to develop within an international company with a leading position in the market segment.

Your qualifications
We believe you are an experienced project leader in development projects. It is an advantage if you have lead project that involves many disciplines, from mechanical development to software development. You have a relevant engineering degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).
We believe you are a self-driven team player with great project leading capabilities. Your communication skills and co-operational capabilities with different parties, as well as your skills in organisation and structure will be important for your success. Your english is fluent, both written and in speech, as you deal with many international contacts.
