Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or hotel management related fields

• 3 years of project management experience

• Experience of leading project with 3 - 5 persons

• Good communication skills

• Proven skills in customer expectations management

• Basic knowledge of contract terms and contract management

• Fluent in Swedish and English, Chinese is a merit

• Willingness to travel

Roll

• Manages and develops customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.

• Determines the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule. Ensures that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectively.

• Manages issues and risks associated with the project. Includes balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, and managing aspects through formal change management mechanisms.

• Develops, implements and maintains a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes.
