To improve our service to our clients, we need more quality minded colleagues to join us and enhance the new unit sales and execution of MGT business in Finspång. We are therefore looking to strengthen the team with a Project Quality Manager for Oil & Gas projects!
In this role as Project Quality Manager (PQM) within Oil & Gas you will be assigned to the relevant projects that supports the Project Manager in effective planning, implementation and control of the project-specific actions taken for quality control.
You are responsible for that all Quality related requirements are adequately reflected in the proposals and implementation/execution during entire project execution phase. The goal is also to systematically analyse Non Conformities during the project and implementation of findings from past experiences (strengths and improvement potential) which can be of benefit for future projects.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Coordinate and monitor of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in assigned projects
* Lead a Quality Project Team of assigned sub-functions
* Resolve products and process related quality requirements specified in the customer contracts and other stipulations.
* Draw up the quality control plan including the customer interface.
* Manage and ensure quality reporting in the project, e.g. NCC reports, as well as the quality of project-specific supplies.
* Ensure that experience is ploughed back in (lessons learned), through (e.g.) project assessments, reviews, audits, project status meetings.
* Ensure reflection of Quality requirements in proposals / bids.
What You Bring
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, including but not limited to mechanical engineering/power engineering/process engineering or equal
* We believe that you have experience of working with quality control/assurance topics in project teams, and are motivated by ensuring a good quality for our customers.
* Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
* You are a positive teammate who is determined to solve problems with a creative and critical approach.
* Proficient English skills in speaking and writing is a must, knowledge of Swedish language is of significant advantage. Additional language skills are meritorious.
* Available and willing to start a permanent job in Finspång, Sweden,
* Traveling is required to support training, project presentations, bid clarification and project kick off meetings.

Here you will join a growing team in the Project Quality department that works with project within Oil and Gas - some of our more complex order projects. We have an essential part in the organization and have many cross-functional collaborations in every project.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
