hela Sverige The Project Quality Assurance (PQA) Professional is the quality representative in the Project Core Team. In this role, the PQA representative drives the Quality Planning and assures that all processes meet customer requirements. He/she also coordinate the HSE (Health Safety Environmental) part within the project. Another part of the role is to assure the delivery of all Quality deliverables at the project gates, according to the agreed acceptance criteria and if necessary block any non-conforming products or documents from being released. The ultimate measure of success in this role will be the customer satisfaction related to the delivery of the product.
Key responsibilities and challenges
Review customer specifications and define quality requirements
Ensure company directives and processes are deployed and enforced within the project.
Conduct project audits to monitor compliance to customer contract, to the change management and configuration management processes, etc
Support project during external audits by customer, BT Group and/or third party auditors
Define the Quality deliverables and ensuring timely delivery at the right specification/acceptance criteria
Manage the non-conforming products/services and quality related customer complaints
Support with investigation of deviations
Has the responsibility to reject or block any non-conforming deliverables, which could result in safety or quality related problems
Will be the interface with the customer regarding Quality, Safety and Environmental issues.You will also be included in the overall quality and traffic safety work as a member of the QHSE department. This includes internal audits, work in the management system, etc.
We believe you are educated to a Master degree level in Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent understanding of concepts and procedures within Quality Assurance
Experience of Advanced Product Quality Planning
Experience of Project and system auditing, gate review, configuration management
Comfortable solving complex problems; analyzing possible innovative solutions using technical experience and judgment.

You also need to be driven with excellent communication and collaborative abilities. Since this position includes cooperation with other stakeholders you need to be both social and have high degree of integrity. Technical understanding is also important as well as an unity view thinking to understand how things fit together.
