How You'll Make an Impact
Lead overall project management and customer engagement across your region.
Drive PL sales, cash landings, and manage risks and opportunities.
Oversee project control, procurement, and logistics activities.
Coordinate closely with engineering and site management teams.
Foster a "One-Network Control" team culture with a mindset of ownership and alignment with broader Business Unit/Enterprise Software Solutions goals.
Build and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers, ensuring a balance of technical and interpersonal skills.
Your Background
Master's or Engineering degree required.
10+ years of experience in portfolio and project management.
5+ years in project office leadership within fast-paced environments.
Experience in global, matrix organizations; preferably with software industry exposure.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record in change management and delivering results through influence.
