hela Sverige 1) Project Integration Management
Implement R&D process and project management discipline, make sure all projects are under good control;
Assist PM on project charter development, SOW drafting, DCP reporting and project summary;
Maintain and update project info in project management system;
Assist PM on preparation for project transferring;
Assist CME on configuration management of R&D projects.
2) Budget and Accounting Management
Assist PM/LM on planning project head count, business expense and fixed asset budget;
Aligned with project budget estimation, assist on department's annual budget and mid-year budget adjustment;
Analysis the project budget execution according to the expense report from finance department, addressing the issues that need to be improved;
Track and help to close the issues addressed in the execution analysis report, to keep a healthy finance status.
3) Department Operation Management
Assist to arrange department operation meetings, track the outstanding issues from the meeting;
Maintain the department operation platform, like TeamSpace and other supporting IT systems;
Act as the process and relevant IT system application support in the department.
Bachelor or above degree with major in project management or related areas
One or more years of experience in related fields
Familiar with basic project management knowledge;
Familiar with basic R&D process management knowledge;
Skillful in MS Office software operation, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Good at communication; Optimistic, pro-active, team player;
Swedish and English speaking/writing.
