hela Sverige Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units. Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.
The Scania Used Vehicle is, within Commercial Operations, responsible for the performance and development of Scania used vehicle business globally with the volume focus in Europe. Scania has ambitious growth targets in the years ahead. A wide range of activities will be needed to reach those targets.
The mission of the global used vehicle sales organization is to develop the used vehicle business in close cooperation with our distributors. We are responsible for sales volume, market share and profitability
We are now looking for a Project & Market Coordinator to join the ambitious and dynamic team for Scania Used Vehicles as we take the next steps in our growth towards 2020.
As a Project & Market Coordinator you will work closely together with the Area Managers to be clear on the focus and priorities on each region and transfer priorities into Sales and Marketing, Commercial Operations, and R&D. You will simply be our main contact into the Scania CV's different divisions.
Main tasks
The Project & Market Coordinator will represents and present the used vehicle dept. demands and requests in internal steering meetings and different pulses. When needed also lead and / or participate in defined developing projects.
With a unique position between the distributors used vehicle organisations and all of Scania CV's divisions, you will play a pivotal role in securing our future development with regard to the full business scope.
As an Project & Market Coordinator you will be able to build a wide network with both Scania's sales and services companies and central functions, which will give you the opportunity to create a solid ground for a continuous career development.
We are now in the middle of an intense development phase, so there may be some challenges along the road, but also a great deal of fun.
Profile
We are looking for an analytical person that has the flexibility to work with different areas as part of the daily work and has the ability to organize the work independently in a good way and has a "can-do-attitude".
You are an ambitious and structured team player with a strong drive to contribute to developing our business. You have a solid commercial interest and enjoy working in a fast-moving and truly international environment. Most likely you have a commercial or technical degree. Previous work in sales or a similar commercial activity is a plus. You master English in a fluent way and you are already familiar with Scania and the products we sell.
To succeed in the role, you need good leadership and social skills. You are motivated, take own initiatives and are able to work at a high pace in a structured way.
As Project & Market Coordinator you work strongly guided by our Core Value Customer First.

You are a team player who can take the lead to coordinate our central resources to reach our operational goals.
A very good level of English is a requirement, and knowledge of other relevant languages is of course an asset. You most likely have +5 years work experience and good knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry.
Travelling within the regions will be based on case to case need.
