hela Sverige Sandvik IT Services is the Sandvik Group's in-house IT solution provider. We are looking for Project Managers for our Project Management Team located in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
Project Managers lead a wide variety of projects, from minor IT projects to large-scale, strategic, global projects. All projects are aimed at supporting Sandvik in its cutting edge industrial environment. Project Managers must possess considerable drive and the will to meet the challenges set by important projects in a rewarding environment. As a Project Manager you already understand the variety of tasks involved such as leading, planning, coordinating and performing follow up of projects independently within any business process. You are responsible for projects' delivered quality and financial outcome
Your profile
The preferred educational background is an academic degree in IT, economics or equivalent and experience from different sectors. The successful candidate will have experience as Project Manager i.e. at least three year's experience of running medium-scale projects in a complex matrix organization. You have documented experience of leading project teams.
As a person you are a people manager who is driven, goal-focused and structured in your working methods. Well developed business analysis, solution-driven focus and negotiating skills and stakeholder management are required. Good interpersonal and written communication skills are necessary. You are fluent in both written and verbal English.
