Based in Stockholm, this full-time consulting opportunity runs from March to November 2025.
About the role:As a Project Manager, you will lead an in-depth analysis of the organization's virtualized footprint, working to retire or modernize legacy applications and enhance the end-user experience. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to assess dependencies, identify solutions, and drive commitment to change. Your work will help shape the future of digital workplace services, enabling colleagues to work efficiently from any device, anywhere.
Responsibilities: Lead the analysis phase of the virtual desktop environment strategy independently.
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and drive alignment.
Collaborate with application owners to define strategies for retiring, replacing, or modernizing legacy applications.
Evaluate potential solutions for different personas and use cases, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Engage with suppliers, facilitating discussions alongside key internal stakeholders.
Deliver a comprehensive recommendation with solution options, pros and cons, and an estimated total cost of ownership (TCO).
About you:
You are a highly experienced technical Project Manager with experience in digital workplace solutions. You thrive in complex environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and driving initiatives from analysis to decision-making. Your ability to navigate organizational change, coupled with deep technical insight, makes you an ideal fit for this role.
Experience and skills: 5+ years of technical project management experience, leading end-to-end initiatives.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
Strong understanding of digital workplace solutions and modern application strategies.
Knowledge of authentication methods for different user personas.
Experience in virtualization technologies and migration strategies (preferred).
Background in organizational change management and working with application owners.
Fluent in English and Swedish.

For this assignment, you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
