Our team is currently evolving so you should be prepared and committed to be part of building our team and setup. You will join a highly ambitious team of skilled project managers driving and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects cross all our departments at Group Expansion including Store Design, NCG Purchase &Development, Construction & Facilities, Omnichannel Portfolio and Controlling. You will also work closely with all our brands as well as other business functions such as Business Tech or the Lab
We are now looking for Project Managers focusing on business development projects. You will drive and collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from various perspectives. The projects are of different nature such as explorative, analytical, or investigative as well as implementation or change management focused. Your main responsibilities:
Project Management:
Responsible for the overall Project Management tasks of assigned projects
Drive the definition process of project scope, purpose, success criteria, expected results and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure business and technical feasibility
Ensure project is set-up and managed in a professional manner
Lead a team and secure efficient collaboration to deliver according to defined project objective and specification
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively work on mitigating them
Measure and track project performance, progress and outcome
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Map stakeholders based on project specific conditions. Secure a stakeholder management plan (how, when and why to involve each stakeholder). Manage dependencies & enablers connected to the project.
Work with key stakeholders in making sure the project is steered towards its goals, manage changes to project, and secure effective decision making.
Ensure that there is ownership and clear responsibilities and expectations from each project member and key stakeholders.
