About the job
In this position, you execute projects and workstreams for the Smart Machining area - aiming to bring structure, customer insights, improvements, and functional expertise to this process. You drive strategically targeted smart machining projects from concept to release. Collaborating with stakeholders across our global organization, you proactively engage with our customers, technology partners as well as our internal organization such as Sales, R&D, and our software development team to maximize impact and efficiency.
Your responsibility includes:
Leading, planning and executing projects and workstreams within Smart machining area in collaboration with strategic technology partners and internal key stakeholders.
Working close with selected customers in a customer centric way to drive and develop opportunities.
Working in close collaboration with business development.
Be open and transparent and bring market insights and knowledge to the team.
Driving project meetings and steering committee meetings.
For this position we offer you a flexible working location within Central Europe and business travel is included in the job.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with project management experience and an industry background - preferably within digitalization. A background containing a similar role in large global company is a must in this role. You have an Industry 4.0 skillset and advanced manufacturing skills with for example programming experience and data analytics. As for education, you have a master's degree within a relevant field of studies. We act in a worldwide setting and fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement, skills in other languages are a plus.

You're a problem solver with a can-do attitude, a pragmatic approach and you have the ability to prioritize and take decisions.
