Right now we are looking for a project leader who has experience both from the traditional water fall product development process as well as agile working methods. You will be one of the project leaders of our electromobility projects and be part of Penta's fast moving transformation to become Future Proof of sustainable power solutions. As a person you enjoy working in teams and have the ability to inspire to change and develop your colleagues.
Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the complete delivery of Product development projects. Project Management Engineering belongs to the PMO and is responsible for the technical part of development projects. The areas of responsibilities are design, verification & validation, purchasing and manufacturing.

Competence Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have thorough experience from:
*You are an appreciated and experienced project leader. You have a simple and straightforward way of leading and are appreciated for your ability to develop and bring the best out of individuals as well as organization
• Managing Product Development projects of high complexity. You have a proven knowledge of the development process, planning and cost follow up.
• Introducing and using agile working methods, such as SAFe, preferable within the transport sector
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork. You have excellent relationship- and interpersonal skills and can easily reach across functions, processes and organization when needed
• University Degree in Electrical engineering
