We are integrated with more than 300 broadcasters and publishers across Europe. We secure that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. We streamline the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post houses and media owners.
By managing more than 100.000 deliveries (6.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the largest suppliers in Europe. We integrate 7.600 users and serve over 700 different suppliers (submitting ads). 800 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.
As a Project Manager/Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:
Be the link between the technical department and the rest of Adtoox staff.
Manage/allocate the resources throughout the entire technical department to ensure that deadlines of future and ongoing projects are met.
Prioritize and propose planning of projects together with the steering group.
Verify project plans outlined by our other project managers.
Manage entire projects/teams (e.g. pre-study, planning, implementation, test and production).
As a Project Manager/Coordinator your skills and qualifications will include:
Previous work as a project manager within the software industry.
Good understanding of modern software architectures.
Ability to inspire and steer the teams to meet their deadline on time.
Social and open personality.
Academic degree related to software systems.
Good knowledge in Swedish and English.
