Description
As a Project Manager within the Property Management department/AB Tetra Pak you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and adequate Facility Management products and services supporting Tetra Pak core business.
The focus of this position will be the ABW implementation programme at Lund site and you will responsible for co-ordinating the activities in the project team such as driving the change journey, securing and managing the time plan as well as consolidating and reporting project costs to ABW Concept Manager and Steering group. Furthermore will you also work with relocation and transformation projects and support property management in site planning activities.
You will report to the Manager Property management with a dotted line to the ABW concept manager.
Main responsibilities
• Lead projects for ABW implementation at Lund site
• Manage stakeholders in the different organisations
• Secure alignment with ABW concept, guiding principles and overall ABW business case
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the ABW concept
• Consolidate improvement input from the implementation projects
Qualifications
The person we are looking for is an informal leader with excellent communication skills. You are able to keep a holistic view as well as a detailed perspective. To be successful in this position you need to have a strong personal drive, can create
buy-in with important stakeholders and are good at collaborating with others.
We believe that you have several years of experience from project management with keeping budgets and time plans. Experience from working with process and change management is required. You have relevant education within Project Management. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
