Position description
Mälardalen University is looking for a project manager specializing at European industrial collaborative research projects.
The position will partly be for project management and coordination of current projects (CIRCLE LAB and VeriDevOps) partly for proposal management for European projects within Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe.
The task will be to
• Project management of CIRCLE LAB (ERASMUS+ KA 201) being the global coordinator of the project
• Global coordination of the action and the consortium
• Local project management
• Project management of VeriDevOps (H2020-ICT-50-2020) being the global co-coordinator of the project
• Global co-coordination of the action and the consortium
• Chair the Executive Board meetings
• Facilitate other meetings, organize plenary meetings and review meetings at the commission, etc., with regard to agenda as well as to logistics, accommodation, and invoicing
• Coordinate contract-related activities across the project
• Guarantee the correct circulation of respective information and communications
• Dissemination, presenting the content and the project externally
• Monitor the time reporting
• Project reporting
• Project administration of InSecTT (H2020-ECSEL-2019-1-IA) for local support of the project.
• Monitor contract-related activities;
• Monitor and support the records (time reporting and costs)
• Support dissemination and communication
• Project reporting both w.r.t. VINNOVA and ECSEL
• Project assistance of LevelUp (KKS) for project support.
• Recruitment of adjunct adjuncts from industry including agreements with the industry
• Support to the project manager
• Proposal management
• Scouting for new, fitting calls
• Network for creating new consortiums, pitching project ideas, collecting contacts at brokerage events, contact new potential partners, organize meetings with new partners, etc.
• Coordinate beneficiaries and chairing consortia meetings
• Collect participant data and budget requirements
• Write certain parts as the management section and work packages in European proposals
• Be in control of Person Month-tables, Budget, Risks, Deliverables, etc.
• Start up new projects
Qualification requirements
The applicant is required to have
• At least a Master in European Project Planning or similar
• Documented experiences from
• H2020 proposals
• H2020 project reporting
• ERASMUS+ proposal and project management
• dissemination, communication and promotion
• graphic design, web design and video editing
• Documented software skills in Office Word, Acrobat PdF, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and Wordpress
