As Project Manager you will manage one or more agile deliveries, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team. The delivery consist of teams/functions/services delivering support, maintenance and/or new development capabilities based on agreement to a customer spread out on different geographical locations. You'll be adept juggling teams and projects, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed. Defining delivery needs and feeding these into the portfolio process will enable resource to be appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.
We have been working with Client more than 11 years and the account is one of 10 prioritized accounts within our company. Deliveries started with only a five people in 2006. Today the collaboration is vast with more than 900 employees. We have an extensive and global resource pool and can draw upon many different competencies supplemented when required with local talent. The responsibilities go from full ownership of deliveries and projects to partnering in different areas. We have received several recognitions and are involved in the latest digitalizing initiatives.
Expectations on you
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process -prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Managing multidisciplinary teams -securing talent, on-boarding, coaching, mentoring, appraisal, handling concerns
• Be the service-minded spoc for customers for new projects, concerns, estimations, and opportunities.
• Actively participating in the DM community, sharing and experiences skills and knowledge and best practices.
• Experience on Service management with Certifications on ITIL and /or PRINCE2, PMP (desired)
• Handling and enabling reporting , budgeting and contracting
• Proven experience using a range of agile, Dev Ops, product oriented digital methodologies (desired)
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to work in an independent fast moving area and quickly grasp new concept
• Fully professional proficiency in English and Swedish (desired)
• >2 years of experience working as Project Manager or similar
• University degree or equivalent
