• Hosting of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
• Initiate and drive efforts to improve quality and efficiency for both products and processes.
• Interface with factory and global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate global activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Define detail program/project objectives , and required plans to achieve those objectives.
• Define and manage local project team with functional leaders to identify and apply the necessary resources across the plant to achieve objectives. When necessary, reach out to other organizations to obtain any additional financial or headcount resources needed.
• Establish goals, activities, budgets and plans to ensure that all customer and program commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost conscious manner.
• Make follow-up of expenses vs project budget.
• Identify opportunities for improvements proactively.
• Provide leadership for acquisition of sourced materials to meet program goals.
• Ensure quality compliance activities are resourced and executed.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance with EHS, FDA, OSHA and/or any other legal requirements.

• Bachelor degree or High School diploma and operations experience.
• MS/MBA is a plus.
• Experience from Lean manufacturing and use of Lean tools / DMAIC as well as Green/Black belt certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Manufacturing experience.
• General product development experience.
• Demonstrated personal and system level computer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Swedish and English).
• Regulatory/Compliance experience.
• International experience in one or more of GEHC Regions.
