PROJECT MANAGER
As project manager at Genera you will be managing internal and external projects, ranging from business development, product development to big customer delivery projects. You will be planning and controlling the projects from start, handling the contact with stakeholders, clients as well as managing our development teams.
Depending on the project, you will work in close cooperation with our sales team, business development team and product owners to ensure that the final delivery product meets the high expectations from both clients and end-users.
We are looking for a dedicated project manager with a background from either business development, technical- or development projects. You are used to be working independently under time pressure while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Managing projects within business development, product development and customer deliveries.
• Project planning and documentation (project plan, budget, presentations, reports)
• Communication and co-ordination with stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors
• Managing agile development teams
• Project monitoring (hourly reports, invoicing)
• Project profitability and customer satisfaction
• Risk management and quality assurance
• Continuous development of project methodology
Experience
You have an education in Project management and a minimum of 2 years' experience as project manager in the area of business development, product development or technical delivery projects.
You are familiar with both agile and traditional project methodology. Experience from the gaming industry is an advantage, but not required. You are fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of the German language and other languages is an advantage.
Personal characteristics
You are customer oriented and can find pragmatic and practical solutions to any challenge. You are organized and able to document and report your project with high quality and accuracy. You need to be a good communicator and have the ability to see the details as well as the overall strategy and processes.
