hela Sverige Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking a Project Manager to the BioProcess Project Office, reporting into the global R&D organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects in the Instrument/Software area. Projects can be of either new product development, cost out or product care type, and they aim to deliver and support solutions for the Bioprocess market.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Execute one or several cross functional projects according to the established development model (PRDx) and local instructions
• Define project scope in collaboration with responsible business area
• Plan the project involving all functions that are stakeholders of the project
• Drive and facilitate project work ensuring that necessary decisions to reach company goals are made and effected. Identify and manage obstacles to achieving agreed objectives.
• Manage quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks and make decisions based on business objectives
• Manage deviations in the project by rearranging resources within the project, and/or get formal approval for changes in scope, time or budget from relevant steering commitee.
• Monitor project progress and cost development and in collaboration with portfolio manager work out opportunities to deliver according to set up scope and within set time and budget frames
• Report progress to Project Steering Committee
Qualifications/Requirements:
• MSc or equal knowledge from experience
• At least strong years of relevant industrial experience
• Project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials)
• Solid experience from Instrument and/or Software development and/or production
• Proven track-record in successful project deliveries
• Structured, communicative and pragmatic
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and direct teams and individuals
• Demonstrated capability of cross-functional interactions
• English and Swedish as working language
