The new H&M in-store services are being rolled out through our Shift Store Program and in a high pace growing both in size and functionality. The project is a strategic initiative. The solution is developed and operated by external suppliers where H&M today leads the Change- and requirement management, Service management.
We need you as Project Manager to lead and secure the delivery of our projects. You are someone who has the ability to understand our business and complex environment as well as being an inspiring leader that brings motivation to your project team. In your role you will interact with many parties as well as work closely with our business and vendors. Some of the assignments will include travel as part of the job.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and competencies
• Plan, organize, follow up and deliver according to plan including budget responsibility
• Work in close collaboration with business to capture their needs and requirements
• Work with different vendors
• Participate in procurement and preparation of contracts
• Responsible for the whole project cycle, including follow up deliveries and hand over to maintenance
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Genuine interest and curiosity for leadership and project management
• At least 5 years of leadership and project manager experience
• Good knowledge of project steering models
• Experience from working in a global organization
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people on different levels, strategic, operational and tactical level
• Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
