hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead international project team through the offer creation process. The position is based in Nyköping, Sweden and reports to CMS Project Management Officer.
Responsibilities
• Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions,
• Develop with the project team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project.
• Organize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with the other teams
• Get commitment from Countries and Offer and Solutions Organizations to Time to Profit targets (resources, M?)
• Identify the risks, issues and manage the associated corrective action plans
• Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions
Requirements
• The identification and understanding of the project requirements is of central importance.
• Balancing the competing demands for quality, scope, time and cost
• Adapting the specifications, plans and approach to the different concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders
• Knowledge in planning, organizing, staffing, executing and controlling
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager in new product development
• International and multicultural work experience
• Knowledge of Project Management (i.e. PMI, Prince2) methodology
