The project manager coordinates and manages projects throughout the company utilizing the Project & Product Excellence organization. He/she is responsible for the successful launch of products through the entire manufacturing process.
He/she maximizes product margin and cash flow throughout lifecycle, in relation to approved target margin. He/she ensures that projects meet or exceed Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets and that technical productivity improvements are identified and delivered after Start of Production.
Demands:
• M.Sc in mechanical engineering with 5 years experience or B.Sc with 10 years experience in related field.
• Knowledge in manufacturing methods and material
• Knowledge in project planning
• Knowledge in finance, sales
• Basic program management or equivalent
• Can fluently communicate in English and German is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
• Manage the project and product development process
• Manage and update the risk analysis of the project
• Manage the IAR (Investment Authorization request) of the project
• Manage a team composed of designers, manufacturing engineer, purchasing, quality team members.
The position is located in Mjällby.
