hela Sverige We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to the Product Governance and Compliance organization (PGC). You will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects or programs globally for Life Sciences in our CTO organization with a global team.
Essential Responsibilities:
The majority of the projects are based on new or changed Product Regulations. The aim of these projects is to secure that the products placed on defined markets, by product management, continue to fulfill compliance to the new or modified regulation. The product portfolio consists of both Hardware and consumables/chemical products. You will work closely with the product care teams to initiate needed changes to the products as well as the Product -Technology Team (PTC) to get guidance on the product regulations. You will report status to key stakeholder within the business and responsible for your own project budget. Most projects will be initiated based on regulations but it could also be other type of projects supporting the Product Governance and Compliance organization improving existing IT-platforms and coordinating PGC activities to enable integration of new acquired companies. Key responsibilities will include:
• Leading global, cross-functional projects/programs for the Product and Compliance Organization (PGC) within CTO Life Sciences
• Managing projects and programs with a risk based approach and making decisions based on business objectives
• Define project scope in collaboration with responsible Product Management function and relevant functions within Life Sciences
• Responsible for cost and budget for the projects and programs including estimating budgets, forecasting and reporting
• Report status, progress and issues to stakeholder committees in a clear way
• BS Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials)
• Experience with work in a global matrix environment with English as the primary language.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional global projects or programs and ability to drive project activities to completion.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
