Role summary
As a Project Manager you are the representative of the axle assembly in cross-functional product development projects from concept to industrialization. You focus on both entirety and details to ensure deliveries achieving trouble-free product introductions in production.
You lead the internal project team consisting of among others, logistic developers and process engineers and are responsible for the project's results and report to the product introduction management team.
Job responsibilities
Lead product introductions cross-functionally.
Be responsible to achieve defined targets connected to the product introductions such as time plan, financials and quality.
Contribute to development and improvement of processes and way of working.
Lead a team of production engineers, logistic developers and other functions that are part of the project.
Who you are
You are good at planning and structuring your work which enables you to handle several projects and tasks in parallel. You have good communication and collaboration skills that complement your engagement in leadership and team work. Problem solving comes natural to you and when things do not go as planned you tend to see opportunities rather than obstacles.
Bachelor's or Master of Science in Engineering or technical education (including Mathematics 3 and 4, Chemistry 1 and Physics 1 and 2)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience within project management, production and product development is meriting.
