We are now looking for a Project leader R&D
Description
As Project Leader R&D, Software & Controls within Powertrain and chassis, you will be the primary external contact for the project. The external contacts can either be another part of the NEVS organization or another company. The R&D projects at NEVS are preparations to take a concept to a state where a car project can take over the responsibility. The amount of Software and electronics in modern cars continue to increase and the prognosis is that it will increase even more in the future. A vast majority of new functionality in vehicles includes Software & Controls. This means that focus is on coming products and coming technologies.
The role involves to;
• Create and maintain project plans,
• Follow up on deliveries from and to the project team,
• Provide status reports to stake holders,
• Act as primary interface towards suppliers and other departments at NEVS,
• Search for partners, external funding and potential project possibilities,
• Coordinate the project team with the external parties,
• Anchor decisions, development and status with the responsible management.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
• B.Sc or M.Sc in engineering,
• Experience as a project leader,
• Domain knowledge in vehicle motion, and Automotive electronics,
• Experience from software intense systems in the automotive industry,
• Experience from systems with functional safety requirements and related standards, ISO-26262,
• Driver License B.
Master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Be creative and solution-oriented,
• Be informing in work with for both internal- and external partners,
• Have good communication- and technical skills,
• Taking responsibility for decisions and deliveries.
