We are searching for a dedicated Unit Project Leader to strengthen our Powertrain Integration team. Your responsibility will be to drive and align projects on Unit level, cross the complete powertrain area.
Everyday task will include:
Lead the project work in fulfilment of cost, timing and performance targets.
Lead and coordinate solution of cross functional issues
Lead and align the development work of the System areas within Powertrain Integration
Support the System managers and Module Team Directors with project deliveries and reports
Unit level status reports and escalations
Run unit level project meetings and participate in various vehicle level meetings to ensure progress and provide status reports
Integrate the work of corresponding departments when applicable
Resolve issues on planning of development and verification that arise
Requirements for the position:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering
10 years' experience of Automotive engineering
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Experience within Powertrain development is required
Excellent in co-operation, networking, team-working
Experience of project management according to common car industry development systems
IT and Software:
Have basic knowledge of Teamcenter Engineering
You are a good user in Microsoft Office
Personal attributes:

You have a genuine interest in automotive.
You need to be flexible and structured and also take on lead for diverse teams.
You are objective oriented.
You have an openness and awareness of European, Asian and foreign cultures
